Kelsey is the Office Manager and Director of Client Relations at Absolute Entertainment. She is your go-to point of contact from the very first inquiry through the big day. With a passion for creating seamless experiences, she stays in constant communication with clients to ensure every detail feels organized, exciting, and stress-free. Kelsey believes that great events start with great communication, and she’s always ready to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide reassurance along the way.
She earned her degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where she built a strong foundation in planning, coordination, and guest experience. Before joining Absolute Entertainment, Kelsey worked on weddings throughout Florida, gaining hands-on experience in bringing couples’ visions to life.
Kelsey loves being part of life’s biggest celebrations and understands how important they are to her clients. Her goal is to make every step of the planning process feel smooth and enjoyable. She’s committed to making sure clients feel supported and confident.
